Valencian Region

The Valencian Region is located on the Mediterranean Spanish coast. Mainly composed by a set of mountain chains and valleys which reach the sea with occasional plains such as the one where the city of Valencia lays.

With some of the best beaches in the world, orchards, orange trees, palm trees and pines cover most of its surface. Its towns and villages keep many vestiges from the Roman times, but it is especially famous for the remarkable Gothic and Barroque heritage.
