Instructions for Authors

Authors are invited to submit firstly abstracts and then full papers for consideration to be included in the program of VIBRArch. Only original proposals describing previously unpublished research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, can be submitted.

All abstracts will be reviewed and classified by the Organizing Committee in accordance with the scope of the congress and its thematic areas. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit the full paper. All full papers will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, published by UPV Press.

Abstracts’ format is free, but must be written in English. Full papers must be written in English and must follow the instructions provided in the template file available in Microsoft Word format. To facilitate double-blind review, please ensure that your manuscript does not reveal your identity.

Abstracts length must be between 150 and 300 words, incorporating the title of the proposal and the body text. Full Papers are limited to a minimum of 3000 words and maximum of 6000 words, incorporating the title page (title, abstract and keywords), all text, references, figures and tables. The maximum paper length accepted is 8 pages in A4 format (1 title page + 7 pages with the body text, figures, tables and references). These guidelines are strict: papers failing to adhere to the guidelines (by being more than 8 pages, altering margins or not following the template) will be rejected without consideration of their merits.

Submissions imply the willingness of at least one author to register, attend the conference, and present the paper.  Accepted papers must be presented in-person (virtual or remote presentations are not allowed) and in English (which is the only official language of the conference).
